These files should automatically be placed into the correct spots to ensure that Iaccess continues to work without any problems. If you want to verify that you have received this file you can follow these few steps:
  1. Open My computer
  2. Navigate to c:\users\public\documents\ibm\client access\
  3. Verify the current file size of “cwbssldf.kdb”
  4. If this file size is 30kb then everything worked correctly and you don’t have to do anything else.
 
If this file size is different follow steps 5-9 below
 
  1. Since this file size is different you will need to run the “Iaccess files” executable from updates.cubase.org
  2. Open a web browser and go to updates.cubase.org
  3. Select your credit union
  4. On the right-hand side, you will see “Iaccess files”. Download and run this executable and this will place the files required into the correct folders.
  5. If you navigate to c:\users\public\documents\ibm\client access you should now see this file with the correct size of 30kb.
