Any CU with an In-house imaging solution cannot use the ProDOC auto launch feature in CU*BASE Preferences.  There are other ways to automate logging into ProDOC for them like Active Directory Integration - contact Imaging Solutions for help.

Remember that data center employees also should not use ProDOC auto launch in their preferences.  If you turned this on while working on a workstation at a CU, remember to turn it off in your preferences.   (Preferences are by employee ID now, not workstation.)
