Our online course video (and many other videos in our library) are hosted by YouTube. If you're seeing a black or blank screen when attempting to view a video from OnDemand, we recommend the following steps to resolve your issue:
- There is a chance YouTube is being blocked on your network. To determine if it is or not, simply navigate to YouTube.com in your browser. If the site doesn't load, then you will require intervention from your local IT team or network administrator.
- Try watching the video in another browser.
- Try watching the video on a different device such as phone, tablet, or personal computer.
