When a CBX Operator performs a CASS Certification option for your credit union, the automated address maintenance on your member master files logs the Operator's User ID who requested the process to run.  (As a general rule, CU*Answers User IDs are a first name and last initial. This is unlike credit union User IDs that also contain the credit union number).
