The database that stores members who are enrolled for text banking is completely separate from the phone number database (MASTPH) used to record all of the member’s contact numbers. Remember that the Mobile flag is for reference, and also used to send mobile numbers to some EFT vendors.
To update the text banking numbers, the member will need to log into It’s Me 247 desktop or mobile web banking, select Go Mobile then use the Text Banking “Enrolled Phone Numbers” feature to remove and add numbers as needed.
