We recommend updating the transaction fee description for non-returned items to something other than "Courtesy Pay Fee" - such as "Non-Return Fee" or something similar. This can be done via Tool #558 NSF/OD Transfer Configuration (select Overdraft protection & NSF configuration, then choose a savings dividend application).
