The reason your screen freezes is because an invalid address was entered on the Configure Escrow Payee Information screen detail, which is accessed via Tool #249: Configure Escrow Payees.  

At this point use the back arrow to back out of the printer screen and save your file.  Then use Tool #249 to enter the valid address.  When finished, return to Tool #342, and the check should print.
