Yes, assuming your printer can accommodate envelopes, CU*BASE has several ways to take an address and produce an envelope.  Here are a few:

For members:
  • Use Tool #662 Print Member Envelopes.  You can print a single envelope or a batch of envelopes by entering a sequential range of account numbers.
OR
  • Access the member's account in Member Inquiry or Phone Operator, then click the orange Print Envelope  button, located on the main Inquiry / Phone screen.

For non-members (joint owners, co-borrowers, etc.):
  • Launch Member Inquiry but instead of entering an account number, simply do a search for the non-member's name.
  • Select the name in the list and choose Select this person to proceed to the non-member information inquiry screen.
  • Click the Envelope button at the bottom of the screen.
OR
  • For a joint owner or co-signer, access the member's account as usual in Member Inquiry or Phone Operator, then click the orange Secondary Names  button, located on the main Inquiry / Phone screen.
  • Click the lookup button  next to the desired joint owner/beneficiary/co-signer name to display the Secondary Names Contact Info screen.
  • Click the Envelope button at the bottom of the screen.
OR
  • Use Tool #997 Work with Non-Member Database to access the non-member (you'll need to enter the SSN/TIN, or use the Global Search button from that screen),
  • Click the Envelope button at the bottom of the non-member information maintenance screen.

For closed members:
  • Access Member Inquiry and use the View Closed Members button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Use the search fields to located the closed membership, select it in the list and choose View account types.
  • Use the Print Envelope button at the bottom of the screen.
