When you click the Print Coupon button from Chrome, the file will be shown along the bottom edge of the screen in the downloads bar.  This means the file has been successfully downloaded to a default folder on your PC.  If your browser is set up so that PDFs are automatically opened using Acrobat Reader (browsers typically have a plugin or their own built-in reader as the default, but you can change it), you can try an alternate method to open a downloaded PDF when Acrobat Reader can’t:
  • Instead of clicking the file in the downloads bar to open it with the default method, while in Chrome use the Ctrl+O key combination to browse for and open the file from the location to which it was downloaded, using Chrome's default reader instead of Adobe Acrobat.  Firefox is similar and has an “Open File” option on its main menu to open a file that’s already been downloaded.
Tip: You can find out the location where downloaded files get saved by checking your browser settings, and you can adjust that configuration to choose a more convenient location if you like.

OR
  • Launch another PDF reader such as Nitro Reader or Sumatra PDF, then use that tool to navigate to and open the downloaded PDF file after it has been downloaded to your PC.
There are other methods, too, but vary depending on your browser.  For example, Firefox and Chrome allow you to drag and drop PDFs onto the browser window from Windows Explorer, and the browser's built-in reader or plugin is used.  You may need to experiment to find your favorite method.
