This is a quirk due to how we store reason codes at the membership level as well as for each specific account suffix.  Remember that memberships all have a base share account using suffix -000.  Some reports that focus on account details use the code from the base share -000 account, while others that focus on memberships may use the one on the membership (MASTER) record instead.  Refer to the related links below for more details about how these are stored and updated.
