To block a member from enrolling in remote deposit capture, use Tool #14 Member Personal Banker and select RDC Enrollment. If the member is already enrolled, you will need to unenroll them first by using the Enrollment action dropdown to select Unenroll from RDC. Select Update. Then block the enrollment for the member by changing the Enrollment action dropdown selection to Deny/Block from future enrollment and selecting Update.
