Yes, you can customize the entry screen of Xpress Teller with four custom graphics using CU Publisher suite.  All four graphics can have hyperlinks. This feature allows you to market special services, offerings, promotions, or other campaigns you wish to keep top of mind with your staff as they assist members.

When uploading graphics CU Publisher be sure to use graphics that are 420 x 210 pixels if you use the standard size screen.  (Read more about screen sizes below.)  If your credit union uses the large or extra-large screen size, use graphics that are 600 x 300 pixels.  

• CU*BASE supports three sizes of screens.  These screen sizes are selected by a setting in the Preferences screen in CU*BASE. Supported sizes include standard (1024 x 768), large (1280 x 1024) and extra-large (1920 x 1080).  (These sizes are without magnification.) Depending on the size selected, some screens may show in the larger sizes.  One of these screens is the Xpress Teller Search screen, the entry screen in Xpress Teller.
• NOTE:  If the entry Xpress Teller screen does not display the entire graphic, check to see if you are using the correct size graphic for the screen size selected.  Only a partial graphic will appear if 600 x 300 pixel graphics are use with the standard size screen.
