Yes, this can be done at the individual card level as follows:
  1. Launch Tool #11 ATM/Debit Card Maintenance
  2. Select the active card in the list and choose the Maintenance option
  3. Uncheck the "Deposits allowed" and/or "Withdrawals allowed" checkboxes
  4. Use Enter to save your changes 
Simply repeat the process to put the checkmark(s) back on when you want those services to resume.
