The system will automatically purge an existing User ID (CU*BASE or AI*Engaged) after 90 days of inactivity.  Login dates for your users can be viewed via Tool #933 User ID Information & History. 

NOTE: AI*Engaged usernames will not show in Tool #933 at this time.
