The HMDAFDTA table contains records of HMDA field entries from either an application or a specific loan, closed or active. There is a record in this table for each HMDA field where a value has been entered. One record in the table represents one of the field entries. If 25 HMDA fields are filled out for a single loan, there will be 25 records in the table, each for a different field.
All but three of the potential HMDA fields need to be manually entered by credit union staff via the HMDA Account Information screen, accessed via either Tool #1090 HMDA Maintenance or the real estate Collateral Identification screen.
