To properly exit a loan application, click 'Save/Done' or 'Save/Continue' until you get back to the main Work/View Application Status screen in Tool #2. Exiting a loan application by simply exiting the CU*BASE session will put a record lock on the application.

NOTE: You may also exit the screen by using the up arrow, but this will not save your changes to the screen that you are on.

NOTE: If you do lock your loan, use Tool #1697 Clear Lock on Loan Application.
