The system will retain application information for pending applications for only 3 months. Denied applications and denial notices are purged after 3 months. Applications for booked loans are also purged from the application files after 3 months.  View these records via Tool #2: Work/View Application Status.

NOTE: Summary details about denied applications are stored in the DNAPPS table, and there is currently no purge of this data. This table stores things about the app such as application date, amount, loan type, and the reasons for the denial that were noted on the denial notice.  This data can be viewed by creating a custom report or inquiry using CU*BASE Report Builder (Query).
