No. The RTP payments rail is completely separate from ACH.
More importantly, the beauty of the RTP payments system is that transactions must either immediately post or immediately fail, right at the point of the activity. There is no need for those types of traditional exception processes with this payment rail.
Corporate One does have a website where you can view transactions that were requested but rejected (the most common reason being an improperly entered account number that's missing the account suffix). It is not possible to push the transaction through yourself, of course, but you can follow up with the member and educate them on the correct way to enter their account number the next time.
