Multi-factor authentication for online banking is slated to be implemented with the October 2024 release.

Yes. MFA will be available for business banking when it is available. There are separate controls to activate MFA for BizLINK 247 and It’s Me 247 in the configuration. You can set the same settings for both environments or different ones for each.

One key difference with business banking MFA is that the MFA dual authentication link must be sent to the email for that employee profile. There is no option for a link to be sent via text message for business banking users.
