Yes. MOP supports MFA. The final step when a member sets up their new membership in It’s Me 247 is for them to log into online banking. At that time, they will be presented with a choice to send an email/text message (according to your credit union configuration) to receive a one-time passcode to register their device and enroll in online banking.
