Our full ISO files have a retention of at least 45 days. That retention is subject to change based on changing system resource needs. (The retention of the full files is at our discretion and can be changed without notice, but it will always be at least as long as the retention for the ISOCUDTA file.) Remember that these files are not stored in your credit union’s FILExx library (so you can’t use them in a custom Query), but the data is displayed on various credit card transaction inquiry screens in CU*BASE.
The ISOCUDTA file has a retention period of the last 30 days, and we will notify you about any changes to that file. This table is stored in your credit union’s FILExx library and is therefore available for custom reports and inquiries.
