To add an international phone number to a member or non-member’s account, check the box for “International” and type the phone number in the comments.  CBX will not register an international phone number if it is placed in the “phone number” box.
  • NOTE: Because that field is only ten-digits long (for a standard US phone number), CBX cannot hold international numbers in the phone number field. Additionally, things like text messaging for MFA are not supported for international numbers.
If you do attempt to enter an international number in the phone number field, CBX will prompt a red text error saying “3448-International phone number must have field blank” when adding the phone number to a member’s account, or “4301-Phone # must be blank; use comments to record international numbers” when adding the phone number to a non-member’s account.
