The most common cause of this is how CBX is being launched. You always should launch CBX from the desktop icon. Launching CBX from a saved favorite, bookmark, shortcut, will cause issues when attempting to activate a teller drawer.
Sign completely out of CBX, and then relaunch CBX using the icon on your desktop. Now when you activate your teller drawer, you should see the correct vault for the branch you are working at today.
