The GOLD files on your PC are always located in a GOLD directory located at C:\CUBASE\GOLD, directly under your root drive (C:). This is the only configuration currently supported, and all CU*Answers clients should now be working with this file structure, which became the only supported file structure as of 10/15/2004.

 

There are additional files on your PC that are crucial to the operation of CU*BASE GOLD but are not specifically GOLD-related. The Legasuite program files located in the C:\CUBASE\Seagull directory are the runtime files for GOLD. This software works hand-in-hand with the CU*BASE GOLD files to create your session. Also in Program Files is the IBM directory which contains the software that manages print sessions.
