Our telephone system groups our CU*BASE Team and our Systems Team into seperate "Hunt Groups". If you encounter the situation where all those in each hunt group are on a call, you are delivered to the first available CSR. This uses the phone system features to get you into contact with someone quicker than dialing direct extentions one at a time.
You can also be automatically routed to an operator 'bell' that is  audible throughout the whole building, which cues all employees to answer the phone. Voice mail and emial is available (csr_team@cuanswers.com) Through these features your response can be completed timely.
