First, verify the printer is correctly installed by running a test print job:  Launch Notepad.exe, type in a few letters, then click File > Print and selecting the receipt printer.  This should print out those letters.

To create a print session:
  1. Browse to Start > Programs > IBM AS400 Client Access > Emulator > Start or Configure session.
  2. A prompt will pop up for you to select Start or Configure.  Select Configure.
  3. The System Name should be wescprod.cubase.org
  4. In the "Specify workstation ID" setting, use the printer ID.  The emulator should be Printer.
  5. Click the Setup button.  Check the "Transform print data..." box and then click OK twice.
  6. If you are prompted for a log on type, select "Prompt every time" and click OK.
  7. Cancel out of the sign-in and click File > Printer Setup.  Make sure the correct printer is selected and click OK.
  8. Click File > Save As, type the printer ID in the filename box and press Enter three times.
  9. Now, browse to C:/Program Files/IBM/Client Access/Emulator/Private/ and copy the print session to the All Users Desktop directory.
