CU*Answers does not perform any reissue of plastics, it is all handled via FIS (Fidelity, formerly known as Certegy). You will receive your reports monthly in your e-bundle.

Please note that as FIS does all the reissues they do not send us an updated expiration date. So in order to get your member's new expiration date on our system, you will need to look at these reports monthly and update the Review Date on the loan account records to be their new expiration date. The system then also writes out to the expiration date field in the credit card file so it is visible to you on the credit card inquiry screen.
