If your credit union does not automatically activate a new membership for audio response and home banking, this must be done on an individual basis as new memberships are created.   
To do this, use Tool # 72 "Update ARU/Online Banking  Access."  You can choose to activate either audio banking or online banking, or both, as you wish.
HINT:  If your credit union currently allows all members to be automatically activated, and you would like to change this feature so that you can maintain more control over when a member can begin using these services, contact a Client Service Representative for assistance in changing the appropriate configuration flag.
