Payments on a loan are distributed according to the payment matrix, which is configured at the loan category level. Be aware that if fines are placed in the fourth position, and the final payment is not made via Automated Funds Transfer or Phone Operator, this can result in the loan being closed at a zero balance, regardless of whether the fines are paid
NOTE: If the final loan payment is made via Automated Funds Transfer or Phone Operator, then the loan will not be closed, but will instead remain open until the fine is paid.
