You can unlock a CTR that was locked today by going to the CTR form (via Tool #991 Work with CTR Forms) and changing the "Type of filing" status on the top left corner drop down box from amended to initial report. After this is done you should be able to edit the CTR form again. 

If the CTR is locked on a prior day -- credit unions will need to contact the Auditlink team in order for it to be unlocked.
