Yes, it is possible to give these reports custom names so they are more easily identifiable.
  • Use the "Change" option to access your custom Query 
  • Select the Choose Output button
    • Your Settings should already be configured to PRINTER - press Enter to continue
    • Your Printer name should already be configured - press Enter to continue
    • On "Define Spooled Output" no changes are needed - press Enter to continue
    • On "Specify Cover Page" no changes are needed - press Enter to continue
    • On "Specify Page Headings and Footings" - this is where we make our change:
      • The Free Form Text box labeled "Page Heading" allows for 3 rows of text.
      • Your report name needs to be typed on row 2, and be right-justified (you will need to enter spaces to fill the box), as shown in the example below:
  • Press Enter again to complete the output options. 
  • Save and exit the Query as usual.
The next time this Query is run via automation, the report name in CU*Spy will reflect the content you provided in that Page Heading box.
