In Tool # 912 Update Safe Deposit Box Information, there isn't a place to add a beneficiary to a safe deposit box.  You could use a custom (membership) field to include the beneficiary information. These custom fields are configured in Tool #1060. (See below for more information.)

Alternatively, you could add a message in the comment field.
