Your G/L 719.00 may be out of balance because you are carrying charged off loans on this G/L. While you will want to monitor this G/L separately, you may wish to exclude them from Tool #877 so that you remain in balance on this tool.
To exclude this G/L from Tool #877, enter Tool #202 Chart of Accounts, select G/L 719.00 and select Change. On the following screen, select Exclude G/L. A pop up window will display the selected G/L in the "exclude G/L account" field. Click Add/Update.
Then in Tool #877, click on the Exclude/GL button to view list of excluded G/Ls.
