If a member reports their statement did not arrive in the mail, your credit union can check the Member Statement Audit screen to ensure a paper statement was generated for that period. Access this dashboard via "Statements" (F20) from Inquiry or Phone Operator. See help link below.
  • The Member Statement Audit detail screen documents the date the statement was delivered to the post office. No tracking is available after that date.
  • This feature is only available if your statement vendor is Sage Direct.
