There are two ways to remove the interest.
Either use Tool #1006 Write Off / Charge Off Loans. As covered in the help topic below, the interest is cleared in step 3.
Or use account adjustment. Use Tool #492 Member Account Adjustment (full) debiting the loan which will bring it to zero. See the related Answer Book item below for more details.
