Loan application forms are printed during the application process before a decision has been made on the loan request. An example of a loan application form would be a loan officer worksheet. As a general rule, loan application forms are printed from the Complete Loan Application screens, accessed via Tool #2 Work/View Loan Application Status.

Loan forms are printed after the loan has been approved and created. Examples of these are addendums and disclosures. Generally, loan forms are printed during the loan creation process (the act of opening and disbursing the loan) or after the loan is created via Tool #52 Print Loan Forms.
