Several situations cause notices to be generated.
  • Print notices on demand with Tool #653 Print Laser Member Notices. 
  • Notices are generated automatically for specific events, such as during beginning-of-day (BOD)/end-of-day (EOD) processing.  The system will generate only one batch of notices for events such as loan delinquency, safety deposit box, and certificate maturity notices.
  • Other events happen interactively throughout the day that automatically trigger notices, including the posting of overdraft protection transfers and non-sufficient funds (NSF).  This occurs with processes such as ACH and ATM/debit processing.
