No. Currently only email passcode retrieval is supported. Cell support is not offered since no cell phone is saved in the employee profile for BizLink 247. (Only email address is, and that is a required field for password resets.)

This email address for the BizLink 247 employee profile is entered when it is built here:
  • By the credit union employee in CU*BASE (under the BizLink 247 Company Name in Tool #14 Member Personal Banker). 
  • By the business member In PIB MLO (in the New Employee screen).
NOTE: It’s Me 247 MFA does support passcodes being sent to cell phones. In this case, the cell phone presented to the member are the ones associated with the membership.
