During MFA authentication at login, the system presents all the phone numbers associated with the membership, and that includes ones flagged as “wrong,” as a double check on the system. It is up to the member to pick a number that can receive an MFA code via text message.
  • NOTE: Cell phone number authentication via MFA at login is only supported for It’s Me 247. Phone numbers are not recorded on the system for individual employees under the BizLink 247 company record (only email is), so MFA at login via cell is not supported for business online banking.
