In the audio banking reset screen in CBX (Tool #1072), the employee can reset a member’s audio banking PIN at their request. If configured by your credit union in the Audio Banking configuration screen, there may be the option to set this PIN to be a custom PIN requested by the member.

This custom PIN feature allows you to set up a PIN known only to your member and the employee who resets it. This audio banking PIN will not expire, and the system will not require the member to change it upon logging into audio response.  For that reason, use your policies and procedures when activating and using this feature.
  • Note: The custom online banking password reset feature (accessed by shortcut OBPIN, Member Personal Banker, Tool #72, or Phone Operator) functions differently. It is a temporary password reset (with expiration settings) and does require the member to change their password upon login.
