Tool #914 Update Statement MSG/Insert Instructions has two screens.

The first screen is to update the Statement Messages that are to be printed on the member statements. The statement messages can be updated throughout the month and are not included in the 10th of the month deadline.

The second screen is where you can update the Statement Insert/Mailing Instructions. This is the screen you must update by the 10th of the month to meet the monthly deadline.
  • NOTE: This needs to be updated every month, even if there are no inserts need to be added. The 'For the period ending' field needs to be updated to the CURRENT month.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE! Once the date is updated to the current month, do not simply back out to exit the screen. You MUST use the forward arrow to save the changes. Backing out of this screen without hitting enter will not save any changes made.
