When viewing an account in either Account Inquiry or Phone Operator, if you see the secondary name/joint owner highlighted, this indicates a comment was added on the secondary name.
You can view the comment by clicking the spyglass next to the highlighted joint owner. This will bring you to the Secondary Names Contact Information screen where you can see all comments on the secondary name.
