Unfortunately, there is no way to edit an AFT that has already been added to the system. In order to update the funding account, a credit union employee must delete the one that is currently set up. Then, they can set up the new AFT with the funding account of your preference. Is there any way to reverse a P2P transaction after the recipient accepts it?

Unfortunately, once the transaction has posted and the funds are pulled from the member's account, the transaction can not be reversed. The member will need to contact the recipient of the funds and work with them to return the funds.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this currently. When you choose to have a joint owner's name printed on correspondence, their name will print lower on the statement, by the sub-account they are joint on. This cannot be moved to a different location, including the top of the statement where the primary owner's address information is located.
