1. Launch Tool # 985 "Work Dormant Members".  
  2. To remove a member account from the Dormancy Listing, highlight the member account number and choose the 'Reinstate' action code from the bottom of the account list.  
  3. A confirmation screen will appear to confirm this deletion from the dormancy listing. In addition to updating the dormancy status, you can also update the last contact date on this screen. Press Enter to confirm and reinstate the member account.
  4. To exit the Dormancy maintenance screen, click Cancel (F7)
