Dynacash calculates the Cash Back amount by knowing the location of this information on the CU*BASE screen. This location changes with Xpress Teller. NOTE: We've been told that the hot keys used to perform operations in DynaCash are flexible and can be changed. They can work on our existing teller platform, Xpress Teller, Shared Branching, and National Shared Branching screens. Therefore, if you have hot keys that are not assigned to the right keys or not working on specific screens, contact your DynaCash Reseller they should be able to help.
