In order to get score card points from FIS on your credit card statements you will need to do the following:

1)  Contact FIS Rewards Department to fill out necessary paperwork to have a monthly file transmitted to CU*Answers.

2)  FIS will then send over to CU*Answers a 'test' file run to make sure we can retrieve and process for you.

3)  Please advise FIS that you will need to have the files sent to CU*Answers on the 25th of each month.

4) Once tested, FIS will contact you to ask what month you wish to begin the transmissions for.

5) Please contact CU*Answers EFT Team with the information on which month it is to begin and we will change the configuration appropriately so the points are then printed on your statements.
