The one digit processor code is related to your share draft/checking configuration information. Launch
Tool #510 Member SD/Checking Config. You will see a screen that allows for information on two different check processors:

Most credit unions have one check processor but some might have more than one. Notice the processor code 1 or 2. When you return an item, you'll need to enter that processor code on the item:
