This functionality is not supported since international numbers cannot receive the code needed for MFA reset.

During MFA authentication at login, the system presents all the phone numbers associated with the membership. While this list may include international numbers, it is up to the member to pick a number that can receive an MFA code via text message.
  • NOTE: Cell phone number authentication via MFA at login is only supported for It’s Me 247. Phone numbers are not recorded on the system for individual employees under the BizLink 247 company record (only email is), so MFA at login via cell is not supported for business online banking.
