Technically, yes, but you will need to go through a similar process as you went through to move to vertical receipts in the first place, including scheduling an after-hours conversion with someone available at every branch to perform testing. After I switch to vertical receipts, can I still reprint receipts that I had printed previously in the horizontal format? Views: 111
Yes, but the receipt will reprint using a vertical format (receipt printers cannot go back and forth between orientations). Parts of the receipt may not look exactly the same as the receipts you are printing now, since we are recording data a little differently specifically for vertical receipts. Open-end loans and LOCs (MEMBER6) will show both current and available balance, if you’ve turned those on in your Xpress Teller workflow controls. If serving a joint owner, and we have configured to print an account summary on our vertical receipts, will the receipt only include accounts that the joint owner is listed on or will it print all accounts? Views: 83
If your controls specify to print balances only for accounts affected during the transaction, then theoretically it would only print those accounts the joint owner is authorized on, since those would be the only ones they could post to. (Your controls can also be set up to show all accounts, regardless of what’s on the transactions, in which case all would appear.)

We will set your defaults so that the account summary does appear, and it will show both current and available balance, for any accounts that were affected during that transation set. These can be adjusted by using Tool #1775 Workflow Controls: Xpress Teller (even if you don't use Xpress Teller, that's where the controls are stored for vertical receipts.)

If you're referring to the two checkboxes that appear on the main posting screen for standard Teller Line Posting (Tool #1), the answer is yes. Yes, but you'll need to work with your vendor to make any necessary adjustments to their archival process, since the data is located in a different place on the receipt.
