Since the "See" feature is not going to be available anymore in the new look, will members who used that automatically be switched to allow "Jump" or will they just not have the feature at all? Views: 211
We will not be converting any existing members who have only the See feature activated so that they automatically allow Jump for those relationships, but you can make those adjustments yourself as members request that access be reinstated. If you use Comment type 7 and choose message code 99 (the free-form text message), your custom message will be delivered to the Secure Message Center. Yes! Click the new Profile button in the upper-right corner and choose Switch accounts. Hint: Upload a unique profile picture to each of your memberships, so that once you have jumped to another account the image that shows for the Profile button gives you a clear view of where you are. Use the Personal Info Settings feature on the profile menu, then click the little camera button that appears next to the placeholder image at the top of the page.

No, you can still see a list of all accounts in the Full Account Summary, including a column for due dates in the Loans section. (Tip: Sub-totals under each section were also added as of 11/9/2021.) This is now incorporated into the Account Details (transaction history) feature in the new look for It's Me 247 . At the top of that page there is a new search transactions box where you can enter a check # (or part of a transaction description, or an amount, etc.), and once you've located the item if there is an associated check image you can click the button to view the image.

You just need to click on the transaction in the list to expand and see all the details on that transaction, including resulting balance, transaction type, and more. For a loan payment, that page will also show the amounts that went toward principal and interest for that payment transaction.

Yes! A member can upload any image they like to appear in that spot, in place of the generic placeholder that appears there automatically. To change the image, click the Profile button and choose Personal Info Settings, then click the little camera button that appears next to the placeholder image at the top of the page. Then just choose an image. No one will be able to see that image except for the member. If the member has more than one membership, each can have its own profile image.
